Unable to establish communication with the Login Driver.

This error typically occurs when the ODBC connection for the LS Login Driver is misconfigured or when the login credentials are out of sync.

Description

The LS Login Driver ODBC connection may not be set up correctly, or the Lenel database login password does not match the password configured in the Login Driver.

Resolution

  1. Verify that the Lenel database login has been created correctly and that the password in the Login Driver matches the database password.
  2. Follow the steps outlined in article 218041157 to validate and synchronize the login credentials.
