Why does cardholder information take a long time to reach the Portal Gateway after a bulk modify?

Answer

Bulk Cardholder Modifies sends the information to the controllers as single Add/Deletes. This delays the information from getting to the controller as well as backs up the system. Using Bulk modifications are not advantageous for Wi-Q Interface 3.0 installations.

The preferred method to perform a bulk modify of cardholders: Stop Com server. In System Administration, perform bulk modifications, clear the FailedRPC table, restart the COM to trigger downloads to the panel.
