Issue: The gateway needs a firmware update.
Resolution: In the gateway webpage, click on the 'Advanced' section to expand it.
Click on the 'Check for Updates' button 1 time and wait.
Do not power cycle or unplug the ethernet switch on the Shelter Gateway until image synchronization has completed.
Refresh the browser window.
If Conductor does not show connected, please email technical support at BAS.SUPPORT.BEST.US@dormakaba.com. Include a screenshot of the gateway webpage and the gateway MACAddress along with your name and call back number.
NOTE: Do not repeatedly hit the check for updates button in the gateway webpage. If it is not successful after 1 update, please contact technical support for assistance.
