Issue
The gateway needs a firmware update.
Resolution
- In the gateway webpage, click on the 'Advanced' section to expand it.
- Click on the 'Check for Updates' button 1 time and wait.
Do not power cycle or unplug the ethernet switch on the Shelter Gateway until image synchronization has completed. -
Refresh the browser window.
If Conductor does not show connected, please email technical support at BAS.SUPPORT.BEST.US@dormakaba.com. Include a screenshot of the gateway webpage and the gateway MACAddress along with your name and call back number.
NOTE: Do not repeatedly hit the check for updates button in the gateway webpage. If it is not successful after 1 update, please contact technical support for assistance.
