Answer In 2008 our cylindrical 9K motor design changed. If you have a new electronics board you also need to use the new cylindrical chassis; if using an old electronics board you have to also use the old cylindrical chassis. If new and old product are mixed this could cause premature failures on the chassis. The connectors have been changed on the harnesses and cylindrical chassis to make sure old and new product cannot be hooked together. This only affects cylindrical locks. |
