The Kiosk does not show up in Monitor Zones.

Answer 

The Monitoring Zones will not list the Kiosk until an online Access Panel is set up in the software. This can be a fake access panel, that is permanently marked offline. 

Steps to create an access panel

  1. Click on the Access Control drop-down menu and select the Access Panels option.
  2. Locate an online Access Panel tab such as the 1000 or 500 tabs.
  3. Create a new one by clicking on the Add button in the lower right corner.
  4. Assign a name, a fake IP address, and a workstation name to it. Mark it offline and click the OK button.
