Why does my Keypad EZ stay unlocked?

Your lock is most likely in passage mode. Try the following:

1. Enter 00# your admin code and a #
   1. If the red light stays on, you have the correct code
2. Enter 99# and see if the door relocks.
   1.  If it does, someone is using the admin code to open the door, and you should change the admin code. Only use the user code to open the door to avoid accidental passage mode.
3. If all else fails, you can reset your lock to factory and reprogram with a new admin code and user code. Only give out the user code to users.
