3 Green Lights with 3 Beeps = Low Battery Warning - Needs new battery
3 Green Lights 3 & Red Lights with 3 Beeps = Low Battery Alarm - Needs new battery
3 Red Lights & 3 beeps = Access Denied - Programming Issue 
1 Red Light = Bad Data - Needs new electronics board 
3 Green Lights = Access Granted - Motor Issues, call factory for troubleshooting
