Unable to use my USB prox card enrollment reader on a 64 bit computer. An Unhanded Exception appears - unable to load DLL 'pcProxAPI.dll'. The specified module could not be found.

Answer 

The dll file for the Proximity reader needs replaced. Please download the file pcProxAPI.dll and copy it to C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWow64 on the 64 bit computer.
