The upgrade codes are missing post upgrade. Where do we get new codes from?

WAMS 3.00.32 limits the upgrades to 16 readers per portal gateway. Please call  Technical support for new upgrade codes.   800-392-5209

WiQ 3.00.36 and higher have the ability to upgrade the license without codes. In Configurator, click on the File drop down Menu and select System Upgrades.

  1. Click on the Reader upgrade and the Portal Upgrade radio buttons and click on the ‘Upgrade All’ links to force the upgrade.
  2. Click on the ‘Force All Readers to Max Capacity’ check box and click the ‘Finish’ button to apply the changes.  
  3. The Capacity and Usage amounts should update to Licensed Upgrades Unlimited.
