PHI E-Lock and Unlock of the Trim Specifications
The Electric Lock controls entry by remotely locking or unlocking the outside trim. Each device uses a 24 VDC solenoid and includes a SPDT switch to monitor trim status.
Devices operate in Fail Secure (FSE) mode by default. When power is removed, the trim remains locked. When power is applied, the trim unlocks. Devices can be field converted to Fail Safe (FS), where power is applied to lock the trim.
E2103K Electric Rim Device Kit
The E2103K kit allows field conversion of compatible rim devices to electric operation. The kit includes the trim locking assembly and electric locking components.
The exit device may be used as a conduit for routing wiring to the hinge side of the door.
Electrical Ratings
- Switch rating: 2 Amps @ 24 VDC (SPDT)
- Solenoid current draw: 0.3 Amps
E2303 Electric Mortise Device
The Electric Mortise Device provides remote locking and unlocking of the outside trim. It uses a 24 VDC solenoid and includes a SPDT switch to monitor trim status.
Devices operate in Fail Secure (FSE) mode by default. When power is removed, the trim remains locked. Applying power unlocks the trim. Devices can be field-converted to Fail Safe (FS).
Electric Mortise Lock
The mortise lock is handed and available with the following electrical configurations:
