Q: What is the PRECISION Olympian 100, 200 & 300 Series?
A: The Olympian 100, 200 & 300 Series are heavy duty grade 1 crossbar style exit devices. The Olympian Series provides a traditional aesthetic architectural appeal with proven durability.
Q: Who is the Olympian Series customer?
A: The Olympian Series is ideal for glass door, existing crossbar, and historical applications. The Olympian Series active case aligns with the APEX 2000 mounting holes which serves as a benefit if a customer wants to switch from one device to the other.
Q: What device types is the Olympian Series offered in?
A: The Olympian Series is available in Rim (100 Series), SVR-Surface Vertical Rod (200 Series) and mortise (300 Series) types.
Q: Are mullions available to order for Olympian Series double door rim applications?
A: The 822 & 811 Series mullions are available to order for these application types.
Q: Are there electrified options available for the Olympian Series?
A: There are not currently electrified options available to order on the Olympian Series.
Q: What door thickness range can the Olympian Series accommodate?
A: The Olympian Series is standard to fit 1 ¾” – 2 ¼” thick doors. Thicker door options are available upon request.
Q: What door height range can the Olympian Series accommodate?
A: The Olympian 200 Series is available to order for 6’ 8” - 10’ doors.
Q: What door width range can the Olympian Series accommodate?
A: The Olympian Series can accommodate 3’ – 4’ wide doors.
Q: What exit trims are available to order for the Olympian Series?
A: Vandal resistant lever, knob and pull trims are available to order for the Olympian Series. The vandal resistant lever does not require lever reset.
Q: What lever styles are offered for Olympian Series trims?
A: The Olympian Series has 4 lever style offerings (i.e., A, B, C & D).
Q: Do you have to specify handing when ordering an Olympian Series device?
A: You must specify handing when ordering an Olympian Series device. However, the R100 & 200 Series are field reversible.
Q: What keyways are available to order on the Olympian Series?
A: Cylinders are not included when you order Olympian Series devices. They must be ordered separately. The Olympian Series accommodates most manufacturers’ rim and mortise cylinders.
Q: What finishes are offered for the Olympian Series?
A: The Olympian Series is available in 6 finishes: 605, 606, 612, 613, 625 and 630.
Q: What is the lead time for an Olympian Series device?
A: The average lead time for an Olympian Series device is less than 3 weeks.
Q: What warranty does the Olympian Series have?
A: The Olympian Series has a 5 year mechanical warranty.
