The D4990 is not designed for field servicing. Only select parts are available for replacement:

• Arms: D4990 Arm: A45-501L (Long Arm) 
  Note: The D4990 cannot be converted to a D4990T by swapping arms. Motor assemblies differ.
• Controller Board: 177609
• Closer Body: DB4550-689

Additional Information

The push-side operator supports a maximum reveal of 6 3/4". No longer arm is available. The track arm cannot be used on any reveal size.
