Why is the touch bar not fully retracting the latch on the 2300 when it is depressed?

The touch bar does not fully retract the latch because the lift finger on the device side is not properly adjusted.

To correct the issue:

1. Locate the adjusting screw on the active case.
2. Turn the adjusting screw to raise the lift finger.
3. Verify that the lift finger fully retracts the latch when the touch bar is depressed.
