How do I determine what cylinder is needed with the PHI products?

Determine the required cylinder by first identifying whether the PHI product includes any special devices, trims, or options.

Default configuration:

Use a standard 1-1/4" rim cylinder.

Exception:

If the product includes any of the following devices or options, use a mortise cylinder with a straight cam:

• 2300 Device (Apex)
• 2310 device: uses one mortise cylinder on the inside and one rim cylinder on the outside
• Alarm kit (ALK, ALW, WALW)
• Delayed Egress (DE)
• Cylinder Dogging (CD)
• 2908 Trim (Apex)
• 808 Trim (Reliant)
• Olympian 300 Series
