Why does my red and green light flash when I push a button?

Answer 

You either have a pinched motor wire, the motor wire is not plugged in, or it is plugged in backwards.

OM500 or OM2000 or OM Wireless

Additional Information

1. Remove the batteries
2. Disconnect the motor wire and check for pinches
3. Press the reset button 4 times
4. Reconnect the motor wire making sure the polarity is correct (red to red and black to black)
5. Put the batteries back in
6. Press and hold the reset button to perform a hard reset.
7. Test the factory default code.
