There are two locations where Wi-Q logging can be enabled:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Tyco\CrossFire\ServerComponents
File name: Stanley.SSS.NextGenConnectedProgram.CCureWiQInterface.Server.dll.config
C:\Program Files (x86)\Best Access\Best Wi-Q Router Host Service
File name: Stanley.SSS.WiQRouter.HostService.exe.config
- Trace - logs all data traffic including credential and transaction data
- Debug - logs all data traffic except credential and transaction messages
- Info - logs process flow information
- Warn - logs everything
- Error - logs errors generated by portal and internally
- Fatal - logs exceptions
Enable logging globally by updating the config file(s) and restarting the WiQ Driver and INterface Services. To disable the trace logging, change the values back to Error and restart the WiQ Driver and Interface services.
Note: It is not encouraged to leave Trace logging enabled for longer periods of time as these logs will build quickly and can fill the drive. Additionally, leaving Trace logging enabled for larger installations can slow system performance.
