Answer: Battery Holder Springs Touching Back Plate, Creating a Short on the Battery. Remove Enclosure/Circuit Board Assembly from Back Plate. Reinsert Batteries Spring Side First, Verifying Springs are not Protruding Outside of Enclosure. Reinstall Enclosure onto Back Plate, Verify Proper Operation. |
