Answer Cause: Your unit could possibly been wired incorrectly. Your unit may have been order to have hard wire powere in addition to battery power. Solution: Disconnect your hard wired power and then pull your batteries. Wait 15 minutes to allow the unit to reset. Plug in the hardwired power then reconnect your batteries. Pull your batteries from the unit. Remove the push bar and locate the circuit board. Set all dip switches to the off postion. Allow your unit to reset then replace push bar. |
