I received a new BASIS offline lock and I am unable to program it. I can connect to it in Diagnostics but every time I try to program it, the BASIS Transport fails.

Answer

The BASIS Offline readers are now using the Universal Controller.  The UVC controller requires a newer version of BASIS Transport, 6.0, to program the reader.  Please verify the version of BASIS Transport on the PDA is 6.0.6 or higher.
